Now you can order meals for an entire week at a time, now that our meals last for 10 days with our new vacuum sealed technology.
Benefits are:
- Food grade number 5 plastic that can be recycled at any recycling center
- Food stays fresh 3x as long with vacuum sealing
- Containers are self venting, just heat and eat
- Meals taste better with more moisture retained
- Meals can be frozen for up to 6 months with no freezer burn
- No more cracked meals or shifting during transport
Be sure to let your meal cool for 10 seconds so you don’t burn your thumb with steam like our founder did :)
Log into your account and choose "Manage Subscriptions" to manage your current shipping subscription.
- My fit foods ships all meal kits FedEx ground.
- Orders placed before 2pm Sunday-Tuesday will ship out the following day.
- Orders will take 1-2 days to arrive once shipped.

We ensure that all My Fit Food Meal boxes stay at a safe temperature level by using 3 biodegradable ice packs(which can also be used as plant food!), as well as fully recyclable boxes and insulation, which have been rigorously lab tested using the industry standard ISTA 7E heat profile.
If you're new to MFF, you're welcome to try any of them! Our best sellers are some of our fan favorite meals. If you have a goal and need results, we recommend checking out our macro calculator to see what your body needs--from there you can choose the meal kit that gets you set up with most if not all your meals for the day. If you have any allergies/sensitivities our allergen-free packs are gluten free and dairy free!

Our culinary teams do all the cooking for you. As soon as you get your shipment, put your meals in the fridge. Our meals are all labeled with the best by date. To heat, small meals take 60-90 seconds and regular meals take 90-120 seconds. Heat it and eat it!
The Fit Club discount and all other discounts do not apply to the shipping boxes. We do however offer subscribe and save options!
